The History
The Girls' Football Club at Neatherd was originally created by Mr Hood back in 1999, he was helped by both Miss Daglish and Mr Sinclair when they arrived a couple of years later. Although Mr Hood and Mr Sinclair have spent some time away from Neatherd, they have both returned to run the current club.
The Club in 2007
The Girls Football Club have had a successful and enjoyable year. The senior girls only lost one league match and progressed to the second round of the cup. Both the U14 and U13 teams finished in the top half of their respective leagues, and again both got past the first round of the cup.
U14 Summer Tournament May 2007 (below)
The Year 9 Team from the photo below won the tournament, the Year 7 team also won games, despite being two years younger!
